Management for Owners
We provide tenant screening and tenant relations. We also take care of leasing maintenance and repairs, delivering prompt attention to maintenance calls. We provide an annual property survey with an inspection report of the propertys condition. Black Bird is able to take care of remodelling as needed including: kitchen, bathroom, siding, painting, roof, sheetrock, electrical, plumbing, and more, all by licensed and bonded tradespersons monthly accounting reports.
